Our Response to COVID-19

To all our customers, friends and family,

I wanted to take time to reach out to you to let you all know that we are monitoring and proactively planning to keep the Mt. Orab Auto Mall family safe as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic develops. We will continue serving our customers as we always do but will take additional measures to ensure the safety of everyone.

From a facility standpoint, we are increasing our already robust sanitation plan to ensure we do our part to maintain a clean and healthy environment to do business.

Here are a few of the things we’ve committed to for increased safety.

  • We are constantly monitoring updates from CDC and World HealthOrganization. We meet daily with the leadership team to discuss updates and recommendations.

  • Digital Retailing: We have the tools in place on our website for a customer to work their entire deal online and from home. This includes purchase and lease payments, trade appraisals and credit application.

  • We are providing at home test drives. Simply request online and a member of our team will bring the vehicle to you at home or work!

  • Of course, we mandate that all employees who are not feeling well or are showing flu-like symptoms to stay home.
